    We are currently recruiting EMEA Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This is a regular full-time position.




    • The Payroll Coordinator will provide a full functional end to end payroll service for their allocated EMEA payrolls, although primarily their home country payroll; ensuring they are processed accurately and on-time.
    • They will ensure processing, payments and reporting deadlines are being met in a timely and accurate manner.
    • A good understanding of statutory rules and regulations within their assigned EMEA countries is important in order to comply with local payroll legislation.
    • Within the role, they will also provide support to the Team Leader to promote and implement process excellence and initiatives where possible.

    Education / Qualifications

    • Payroll or Accounting Qualification is desirable but not essential.


    • Candidates in this role, will typically have at least two years’ experience in local payroll and be keen to learn how to process international payrolls with training which will be provided.
    • Experience with one or two foreign payrolls would be a plus.
    • Payroll or Accounting Qualification is desirable but not essential.
    • Numeracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Excel, although training will be provided.
    • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
