    The Role:


    We are currently recruiting University students for an internship of a Clinical Research Assistant to join the Clinical Operations, internal Covance team in Warsaw, Poland.This is a full-time temporary position for 8 months which will start in April 2019.

    You will work alongside Clinical Research Associates in the Clinical Operations department of  the Clinical Research Organization.


    You will learn the following:

    • Perform CRF review, query generation and resolution against established data review guidelines
    • Create, update, track, and maintain study-specific trial management files, tools, and systems
    • Coordinate meetings with clients, investigators, and project team, including taking minutes.
    • Assist with generation and reconciliation of queries to investigative sites/clients to resolve problem data
    • Assist in submissions and notifications to Ethics Committees and Regulatory Authorities General On-Site Monitoring

    Education / Qualifications

    • Be studying for a Life Science degree in biochemistry, medical sciences, biology, chemistry or similar.


    • Basic understanding of the clinical trial process
    • A willingness to learn
    • Great attention to detail - aptitude for handling and proofreading numerical data
    • Good communication skills
    • Fluent in Polish language and in English, both written and verbal
    • Exhibit computer literacy (MS Windows 7), word processing and spreadsheet software competency
