You bring previous sourcing experience, with strong emphasis on talent intelligence, networking and building talent engaged pools. You have excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean search, LinkedIn and other personal and professional social media platforms. You are an expert in using effective channels and messages to find targeted sources of high quality candidates and you love building relationships with prospective talent.
You like working independently, you know how to prioritize a high volume of requisitions and you have attention to detail. You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English (some proficiency in a 2nd European language would be advantageous but not essential). You have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
