We are currently searching for Director, Global Services Delivery to be based in Poland, Warsaw.
Person in this role will provide leadership and strategic direction in setting and executing HR Service Delivery principles and strategies to drive the HR Service Delivery value proposition (delivering high quality, cost effective global HR delivery services that generate positive employee experiences and outcomes).

The role has visible leadership requirements, fundamentally based on leading and developing a high performing and engaged global team of service delivery managers and specialists.
This position has a multi-discipline remit (it is responsible for HR service delivery activity from every HR discipline – recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and development, diversity, relocation, et al – making it complex in nature), is global in scope (requiring fluency with country laws, norms and customs) and impacts all Covance employees (including leaders and managers) directly.
15 years of experience in a HR leadership role, including the development of strategy and solutions.
10 years experience working in the Human Resources function with broad based multi-discipline exposure in a large, global multi-location organization
5 years proven management experience; building teams and developing people; particularly in a global, virtual environment
