The International benefits team is responsible for all employee benefits outside of the US. EMEA and LATAM are managed from the Maidenhead office with APAC being managed from Singapore. Due to a high level of additional M&A work a role is required to support the function through a significant increase in workload. This is an opportunity to develop M&A experience, multi geography benefits knowledge and have wide ranging exposure across HR and the wider business in Covance.
Offered as a 12 month contract, This role leads the project work on M&A for the international benefits function. Reporting to the Associate Director for International Benefits the role holder will be responsible for all M&A tasks relating to at least three known projects today. The role holder will provide analysis and reporting, represent the function, and work closely with the wider HR group, Payroll and Finance.
