Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Method Coordinator I to join our Immunochemistry team which specializes in large molecule bioanalysis. Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for creation, release and control of templates within E-WorkBook laboratory documentation system
  • Responsible for review, maintenance, and historical retention of Bioanalytical Chemistry methods using the Electronic Documents Online Central Service (eDOCs)
  • Responsible for peer review of draft methods; consistency of format and accuracy of content
  • Assumes primary ownership of departmental access, edit, and version control of all method documents
  • Assists in training users in the E-WorkBook system and related tasks as appropriate
  • Develops and maintains a process for the historical retention and archival of all methods

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of current GLP and GCP regulations as applicable

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in science or related field
  • Experience may be substituted for education.
  • Familiar with routine study methods
  • Adherence to proper grammar, punctuation, composition, and spelling according to company standard conventions
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory agency guidelines

Experience

  • Two years of relevant experience, can include experience as a chemist, study coordinator, project manager, or equivalent with a BSc degree
  • Experiance in the E-WorkBook system
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Efficient in prioritizing and managing time
