Job Overview

Covance is building a brand new Recruitment Co-ordination team in Poland, Warsaw and are looking for talented and motivated Recruitment Co-ordinators and Senior Onboarders to join at this exciting time of growth.

This team will integrate into a truly global structure; you will be supporting recruiters and hiring managers across the entire European region. Ideally you will want to own and drive forward processes and not be afraid to suggest improvements to the way we work.

Key Duties:

  • Overlooks onboarding activities globally as a part of the HR Service Delivery organization;

  • Supervises the global team of onboarding counselors and specialists and is accountable for team's performance standards;
  • Works with COEs, vendors and Recruiting organization to ensure effective processess and partnership;
  • Is responsibile for metrics, dashboards and scorecards in regards to onboarding work;
  • Ensures highest standards of candidate care are maintained through everyday work of the team;
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Education / Qualifications

Applicants must have demonstrated HR / onboarding experience. Applicants must have experience with HR systems: ATS (iCIMS), PSoft and others. Applicants must be able to understand and deliver HR operational support for new hires across EMEA region in regards to onboarding work. Line management experience and ability to lead and implement projects is welcomed.

 

Education: Related degree - Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources (or equivalent work experience). Additional years of qualified work experience may be considered as a partial substitute for formal education.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR administration (onboarding, recruitment coordination, shared services environment and/or delivering HR services to employees)
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience in administering employee data within HR systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of core HR policies and supporting processes for recruitment
  • Proficiency in ATS and other HR systems and proficiency in MS Office and Sharepoint
