We have a great job opportunity for an expert Senior Principal Statistical Programmer to join our highly skilled Programming department, either home or office based anywhere in Europe.
You will be trusted to lead a global team of programmers (EU, US, Australia) who are responsible for delivering SDTM-like data for a large portfo of Phase I-IV studies. As the Project Manager, you will plan and schedule your team tasks, assign priorities, oversee their day-to-day execution, and monitor progress to ensure risks are minimized and timeliness, quality and budget are met.
This is a client-facing role: you will have the opportunity to act as primary customer interface and to represent our programming function at client meetings. You will also present status updates at Covance Senior Management meetings.
You will be an essential Subject Matter Expert for the team, and so will play a meaningful role in polishing your team skills by crafting training programs (especially CDISC, SDTMs, and complex macros).
