COVANCE is a leading global drug development services company and we provide support to the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries.

We are recruiting for our R&D Archives team in Tockwith and are currently seeking to hire an Archive Officer to effectively process archived materials in accordance with company policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that Archive Systems and Facilities are maintained in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Regulations as appropriate for site. And to ensure that services to both internal and external customers are provided in a timely manner.

This is a full time permanent position, based in our Tockwith office.

Education / Qualifications

About You

  • To be successful in this position, you will hold a High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree would be preferable.

Experience

Additionally, you will need to demonstrate:

  • You will have the ability to interpret GLP, GCP and cGMP's Regulations concerning archiving and records management as applicable for site.
  • Ability to positively interact with clients and regulatory personnel
  • Great relationship with customer
  • Ability to perform good basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
  • Valid driving licence required and Fork lift truck licence (preferable)
